Draft Plan Youth Survey Prize Guidelines

First: Thanks so much for completing our Draft Plan Youth Survey! Youth have been an important part of the Vancouver Plan process so far and we really want to hear your input on the Draft Plan!

The Survey Prizes include the Grand Prize of a pair of Sony wireless Headphones, a Second Prize of a $150.00 Visa Gift Card and a Third Prize of a $100.00 Visa Gift Card. The details of the prize draws and eligibility requirements are:

The Draft Plan Youth Survey will run from Monday, April 4 to Wednesday, April 27, 2022.

Completed surveys must be submitted and received by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, to be eligible. To be entered into the draw you must enter your email address into the final Survey question. For a survey entry to be considered complete you must complete at least one of the questions 1 – 5.

Prizes will be awarded on Monday, May 2, 2022 and winners notified that day. Prizes will be mailed or delivered by contactless drop-off, once the winners provide their mailing address. Winners who do not respond with their mailing address by May 16, 2022 at 11:59pm will forfeit their prize.

The Contest is open to those under the age of 25 and all entrants that are under the age of 16 must have their parent or guardians permission to enter.

Only one entry per person (email address) is allowed and those who are employees of the City of Vancouver, the Vancouver Park Board and their related agencies are not eligible to win.
